Melon & Sorbet (V) Seasonal melon fans, served with a wild berry compote & raspberry sorbet

Honey & Lime Tiger Prawns Juicy plump tiger prawns marinated in honey and lemon, char grilled and served on toasted ciabatta bread

Smoked Salmon Taurine Homemade creamy salmon mousse with dill, wrapped in smoked salmon, served with Melba toast

Chicken fajita Goujons Chicken strips in our chef’s secret breadcrumbs with fajita seasoning served with a lime mayonnaise

Stuffed Mushroom Flat portobello mushroom stuffed with crispy bacon and creamy brie, served with a hot port and cranberry dip

Hunters Meet Platter Slices of Roast Topside of Beef, Roast Turkey and Roast Leg of Lamb, served with all the trimmings

Chicken En Croute Chicken breast on a bed of mushroom and herb puree, encased in puff pastry fished with our chef’s homemade cream, white wine and mushroom sauce

Sirloin Steak 8oz Sirloin steak, char grilled to your liking, served with our chef’s homemade peppercorn sauce

Minted Rosemary Lamb Oven roasted leg of lamb, served on a bed of mashed potatoes, fished with a mint and rosemary sauce

Pan Fried Sea bass Pan fried sea bass fillets with a lime & chilli butter, a balsamic glaze and toasted pine nuts
