Ceremony

Drinks Included

  • Reception: Pimm’s, Bucks Fizz, non-alcoholic fruit punch, bottled beers

  • Meal: 3 wine visits per table (house red, white, rosĂ©) and soft drinks or wedding mocktails

  • Toast: Glass of Prosecco or lemonade served in a champagne flute


Wedding Meal Options

  • 4-course meal from our function menu (one choice for all guests; dietary needs catered separately)

  • Or Wedding Hog Roast (minimum 100 guests) / hot & cold knife-and-fork buffet with desserts

  • Hog roasts come with plenty of sides and vegetarian options


Evening Buffet (ÂŁ18 per additional guest)

Choose 4 options from:

  • Mini fish & chips cones

  • Chicken & chorizo skewers and mixed vegetable skewers

  • Brioche bun with smoked bacon

  • Premium beef cheeseburgers

  • Fish fingers in soft rolls with tartar sauce

Minimum Charges

To ensure a quality event, minimum charges apply:

  • Sunday–Thursday: ÂŁ3,500

  • Friday: ÂŁ4,500

  • Saturday: ÂŁ5,000

Payment Terms

  • Non-refundable deposit of ÂŁ750 required at booking

  • Further 20% due 3 months after deposit

  • Full balance due in full 2 months before the wedding

  • Any outstanding charges (e.g., bar bill) payable on the day

Cancellation Policy

  • All monies paid are non-refundable

  • Cancellation requires 3 months’ written notice

  • Without notice, full cost of menu and services ordered is payable

  • Prices subject to change unless deposit is paid
