Melon & Sorbet

Fanned honey dew melon served with wild berries & sorbet.

Smoked Salmon Toast

Toasted ciabatta bread layered with guacamole, smoked salmon and a Drizzle of olive oil and lemon.

Chicken Goujons

Strips of chicken breast with Cajun seasoning served with a lime mayonnaise.

Smoked Haddock Fishcakes

Homemade smoked haddock fishcakes served with a homemade sweet chilli dipping sauce.

Stuffed Mushroom

Flat Portobello mushroom stuffed with bacon, onion and melted cheddar cheese.

Smoked Duck Salad

Thin Sliced smoked duck salad with fresh orange segments on a bed of four leaf salad with a mustard vinaigrette.

Traditional Prawn Cocktail

North Atlantic prawns in a marie rose sauce, served on a bed of sliced iceberg with buttered brown bread.

Roasted duck breast drizzled with our chef’s homemade orange sauce.

Chilli and lime Salmon

Chilli and lime infused salmon served on a bed of fluffy coconut rice.

Pasta Provencále

Pasta shells, courgettes, peppers, aubergines in a tomato sauce.

Piri Piri Chicken

Chicken breast marinated in olive oil, garlic, coriander, chilli & ginger, char grilled served with basmati rice.
