STARTERS

HOMEMADE SOUP OF THE DAY
A tasty bowl of our chefs homemade slow cooked soup of the day served with a crusty bread roll.
PRAWN COCKTAIL
Fresh Atlantic prawns on a bed of iceberg lettuce topped with marie rose sauce and served with brown bread & butter.
MELON
Melon, topped with fruits of the forest and sorbet.
BRIE WEDGES  
brie served in breadcrumbs and accompanied with a cranberry dipping sauce.
CHICKEN SATAY
Chicken skewers with homemade satay sauce
CREAMY GARLIC MUSHROOM
mushrooms sauteed in garlic and served in a creamy sauce on sliced ciabatta
BRUSSEL PATE
Brussel pate served with red onion chutney and toast.

MAIN COURSES

8oz SIRLOIN STEAK
Chargrilled to your liking served with a homemade peppercorn sauce.
CHICKEN BALTI
Mild chicken curry served with rice and naan bread
MINTED LAMB
Sliced leg of lamb on a bed of mash potato and topped with our chefs homemade minted jus.
SALMON HOLLANDAISE
Poached salmon fillet on a bed of spinach and topped with our chefs’ homemade hollandaise sauce  
MUSTARD PORK
Medallions of pork in breadcrumbs topped with stilton, Parma ham and a mustard sauce.
CHESTNUT MUSHROOM CHICKEN
Oven roasted chicken breast in our chefs’ homemade chestnut mushroom and sage sauce.
MEDITERRANEAN TARTLET
Puff pastry tartlet filled with mediterranean vegetables in a rich tomao sauce topped with mozerella.

All our main courses are served with steamed vegetables and potatoes.

Followed by a platter of mini desserts.
