Delicious homemade Thai style infused salmon and tiger prawn fishcakes served with a lemon grass mayonnaise.
Asparagus
Seared asparagus in balsamic and capers on ciabatta bread
BBQ Chicken Tenders
Crispy homemade coated chicken tenders tossed in a honey, soy and BBQ sauce topped with spring onion.
Gambas Pil Pil
Sizzling garlic and chilli tiger prawns served on toasted ciabatta bread with a grilled lemon wedge
Smoked Salmon Bellini
Warm bellinis topped with a zesty lemon cream cheese and smoked salmon and finished on a pinch of cod roe.
Main Courses:
8oz Sirloin Steak
Succulent 8oz sirloin steak cooked to your liking accompanied with chips, grilled tomato onion loaf and mushrooms. +peppercorn sauce for £3
Seabass Fillet
Fresh seabass fillet cooked in butter served on a bed of crushed rosemary, garlic new potatoes and tendersteam broccoli.
Honey & Orange Duck Breast
Oven Roasted duck breast cooked in honey, sesame & orange and served on a bed of pan-fried Pak-choi
Lamb Kofte
Marinated homemade lamb kofte balls chargrilled and served on a flatbread, drizzled with tzatziki, coriander, and pomegranate with a side of roasted vegetable cous-cous.
Chicken Alfredo
Chargrilled chicken breast served on a bed of pappardelle pasta topped in our chef’s homemade alfredo sauce.
Breaded Mushroom Pork
Pork loin medallions coated in breadcrumbs and served on a bed of sage and onion new potatoes and topped with a homemade wild mushroom sauce.

Our chefs homemade pie of the day served with mashed potatoes, peas & gravy
Beurre Blanc Rigatoni
Asparagus, pea, spring onion and green beans stir fried with rigatoni pasta and tossed in our chefs homemade beurre Blanc sauce. Topped with parmesan shavings.
