Becoming a Member

There are so many good points about becoming a member –

• One big advantage is that we can only have 100 members, unlike bigger organisations that hold 3000+ members and tie you into a 2 year contract, so we are genuinely very exclusive.

• Glass fronted fully equipped gymnasium (overlooking pool) with multigym, power jog (inclined treadmill) air fan rower, upright cycle, elliptical trainer (stepper), semi-recumbent cycle, etc.
• Opening times Monday to Friday 7.00am to 9.00pm & Saturday 8.00am to 6.00pm, Sunday 8.00am – 5.00pm.
• Unwind afterwards in our comfortable lounge.
